The second of our stunning Shepherds Huts, guests enter Corncockle via a winding pathway from a private gated car park, they will find one incredible bedroom that boasts a regal full double bed and can accommodate two guests. 'Wow' will be your first word upon arrival!

The Real Thing
Reflecting the style of an original 19th-century shepherds dwelling, each of our classic huts sit on a substantial articulated oak and heavy-duty steel working chassis-trailer complete with imposing 18 inch cast iron wheels and A-frame towing bar. Blending traditional joinery and metalworking skills each of our huts has been individually designed and built exclusively for Ham Hideaway by master craftsman Toby Ireland.
The Ultimate Romantic Space
South-facing Corncockle hut is perched in the corner of the hideaway capturing the best of the sun all day. The elevated scrub-timber deck that skirts the hut commands stunning views across the rolling countryside to Sandwich Bay and is a stargazy heaven from dusk-a truly perfect spot to take wine together or a candle-lit butler-served dinner. Corncockle is accessed via a small pathway and its stable-door entrance is arrived at from a small stairway.
A Place for Comfort
Upon entering this enchanting hut you will be met by an imposing oak-framed double bed, set on a solid oak floor and dressed in classic linens. Reclaimed bead and butt panelling line the interior walls of the hut upon which beautiful vintage lighting takes pride of place casting just the right amount of light across the room and upwardly into the arched ceiling. A true sense of space conflicts confusingly with the huts' very cosy vibe. No outside shower for Corncockle residents as the hut has its own walk in shower for your exclusive use.
Toileteries and luxury towelling is also provided for your comfort.
A HUT FOR ALL SEASONS!
During the Summer Corncockle hut has its own private deck commanding stunning views of the surrounding countryside. And in the Winter rainy days are no problem as couples can curl up in the warmth of the cosy hut for a movie night with Netflix and all streaming options possible (complimentary lightning-fast broadband-guaranteed). Corncockle really is an idyllic setting for a holiday or short break where you can relax and recharge while enjoying quality time together. You may not ever want to leave!

Deposit
A £250 refundable damage deposit is required 30 days prior to the date of travel.

Bedroom
You will find beds made up with Egyptian cotton linen, ultra plush pillows and duvet covers.
Babies & Tots
Babies & tots travel free of charge, travel cots can be provided for a supplement of £10 - please let us know in advance.
Shower & Toilets
We offer fresh towels and shower facilities with exclusive key access.
Lighting
The toilet and shower have lights in the ceiling; solar lanterns can be used in the bedrooms, dining and sitting area and are provided. Due to fire risk we do not allow candles inside the lodges.
Pets
We welcome pets and these travel free. A dog bed and chews can be added for only £5.
Wifi
Our site has guaranteed super fast 100mpbs broadband throughout & most networks are covered by 4G.
